LONG LOST STREET RACING LEGEND 1967 CHEVELLE SS396 FOUND PARKED ON A CAR HAULER IN A SALVAGE YARD

Virginia based Super Stock drag racing legends “The Golliday Brothers” most recently known for winning many NHRA events campaigning a SS/C 1969 AMX named the “Wild Child” purchased this 1967 Chevelle SS396 new at Wagner Chevrolet in Martinsburg, WV and immediately prepared it for street racing as well as NHRA Stock Eliminator and Super Stock drag racing. The car was known all around the area from 1967 to 1970 as a holy terror on the dragstrip and also won many many big money street races. After selling the car, it had been presumed destroyed or its whereabouts were not known for many many years. The Chevelle was recently located on a farm used as a salvage yard parked on the back of a old car hauler for over 30 years.
